Modification of Court Ordered Support

     Modifications in the amount and terms of support at some later date are available if there has been a material change in circumstance not reasonably contemplated at the time the award was originally made, or if some anticipated event considered in making the award does not, in fact, occur through no fault of the party seeking a modification.
